I485 Ref , help

I got I485 Ref recently and was told they will make a decision once receiving the required information from us. Because my PD is not current yet, I want to know it (They will make a decision once receiving the required information) is generic message for everybody or specifically for my case? Any experienced people want to share your idea? Thank you.
