But under the Instruction for Form I-131, beside I 485, i also need to either two of document:
1. any document issued to you by USCIS showing your present status in the US; (is this I485?)AND

---I-485 receipt copy if you have no other status like H1B,etc.

2. an explanation or other evidence showing the circumstances that warrant issuance of an AP doc (please help this one)OR,

3. if you are an applicant for adjustment of status, a copy of a USCIS receipt as evidence that you filed the adjustment application.(have no idea what is)
