The immigration law in USA needs reform. The co-existence of H1B and employment-based green card is totally waste of money. The three-step procedure is a joke. Whoever designed the procedure or law was an idiot. If an applicant is educated and has a job and does not have criminal record, he/she should be granted green card immediately once he/she files petition.

Lobbying only wastes people's money and creates corruption and barriers and inefficency.

Without solving the problems from the root, the problems will only get worse.
