That's the case with a little twister. My mother stayed for 11 month with approved extension in 1999. But she came again in 2002 and stayed for 5 months. So we thought the more recent record should count, but obviously they will still use the old record to hold against you. The problem is my mother does not want to get green card even I can sponsor her. She just wanted to visit. How do I prove to the VO that? What further materials will help? Thanks.
