I-693 requested

I was requested for I-693 from USCIS last week. My case is: I submitted I-485 (without medical examination I-396) in the beginning of Aug. 2007, and then conducted medical examination in the later Aug. 2007. Since then the I-693 has been held by my attorney. Do you think it is ok to submit that I-693 this time?
