I-90 question

Pjiang and other experts,

Situation: lost green card after last entry into US. (Adjustment of status was done in the US previously.)

Question: on I-90, Part 3, there is a question "[i]f you entered the U.S. with an Immigrant Visa, also complete the following". Should this field be left blank (as AOS was done in the US)?

There was a post before on this topic, which seems to indicate that this should be left blank in the above situation. Wanted to be sure about this. Can someone please confirm this?

Point to clarify is: green card is not considered "an immigrant visa". Hope this is correct.
