持H或者I簽證的非移民 I think you mean H or L visa status, because I visa is quite different than H/L.

It's not difficult to have USCIS mailroom to accept your second I-485 and issue you receipt if you have an unexpired I-94. During I-485 adjudication, when IO does not understand clearly about your status since last entry, IO will issue RFE. But because you have two I-485s pending, as long as the first one is not denied, IO will probably just consolidate and adjudicate on your first I-485.
