-If just one to two month gap, you may have no problem for H1. Most likely, your new H1 will be approved without I-94 and if so, you just need to go out of US to get an H1 visa to activate it. The gap will never affect your NIW I140, no matter how big it is.
還有我聽說在NIW FILE 180天之後才能換工作,是真的嗎?
-Not true. You can change your job anytime with NIW as long as the new job is in the same/similar area as the old one indicated in your I-140.

還有如果轉F2,是不是我的NIW就作廢了?
-No. But I doubt your F2 application will be approved due to your immigration intent.
