who's she? the law firm's rep is a lawyer. so this lawyer needs to be represented by a laywer??

"If with G28, that lawyer needs to be eligible and lawyer needs to sign G28, too."
so the lawyer needs to sign g28 even though I want to terminate the lawyer?
