Re-Phrase my Question

Say if I get my greencard, my hu*****and didn't get it with me. I'll need to file a new case for him as family based immigration.

I know most chinese have to wait for 5 years to get their greencard for a family based immigration (spouse & unmarried children). During the 5 years waiting period, they won't get EAD to work in US.

My question is can my hu*****and use his TN visa to work in US while he is waiting for his greencard?
