1. Considering H4 may affect legitimate of the current EAD(correct?), I wonder if spouse's H4 should be extended at the same time or wait after H1B extension approved?
- I would do H-4 EOS together with H-1b EOS, in June, if I-485 has not adjudicated. So you don't need todo anything is I-485 is approved then

But if I wait until June, then I can't continue working. What happens if the PD goes back again. it has happened twice since I submitted i-485 in 2006 before my case was processed. Do you think I should just renew mine because I need to work under H1B. then wait until June to decide the others?

2. will H4 and EAD conflict? If you're H4, you can't use EAD,

EAD expires in July. Current I-94 is based on AP, then if it's H4 AOS, then I-94 will be based on H4, correct?
