1. Considering H4 may affect legitimate of the current EAD(correct?), I wonder if spouse's H4 should be extended at the same time or wait after H1B extension approved?
- I would do H-4 EOS together with H-1b EOS, in June, if I-485 has not adjudicated. So you don't need todo anything is I-485 is approved then

3. If 485 is denied, based on PJiang, H4 needs to be reinstated. how much time do we have to file H4 renewal?
- When I-485 is denied, and the dependent has no H-4 status, the reinstatement is likely not approvable.
