Does your priorty date on current? If so, you might want to continue to contact USCIS to find out what is holding your case getting processed.

My priority date was on current several months last year, but they didn't touch my case. Last month my priority date is on current again, I received a RFE (for TBS test). The case was approved one week after I send back result.
