請問PJING老師

我愛人2008 年3月底拿到綠卡,6月初就回中國了,至今一直在國內.今年5月他想回美
國一趟, 請問入關會有問題嗎(因為他已經在境外超過180 天了). 如果有問題,他該
以什麽方式回美國? 辦白皮書? 可以在境外申請嗎? 謝謝謝謝,在線等!
