．如果他回去簽證，當美國領事館的簽證官員會不會知道H4申請人曾經file過綠卡申請，就會拒簽H4，轉而要求其申請遙遙無期的移民簽證。
- He has no problem to get his H4 visa in China. The visa officer can not deny his h4 visa application just bdcause of his filng of I-485. So, he does not need to worry about that.
