I just refinanced my house. My H-1 will be expired in August. They did ask me for the proof of extension of H-1. I told them it is too earlier to renew, but I provided them a copy of I-140 approval notice and I-485 receipt notice and explained that I am 485 pending and I can stay in USA as long as I need. I took it.
