To answer your question, I have to make sure I understand "ref" and "LUD". Would you tell me? At the end of Feb, I was asked to to go to some local office (but not INS) to do fingerprint of all the fingers. Then came the Aug. fingerprint, which is for green card purpose.I am doing research in cell biology.
