if 2. 雇主可以冊銷我的140, within 180 days of the I-485 received date, you do have trouble. Otherwise, the risk is low. USCIS 2005 memos allows people to leave their job using AC21 even within 180 days of AOS, as long as the intent was true when filing I-485.
