可不可以直接以AOS狀態待在美國？
-Yes.

如果之後任何時候找到工作，是不是還隨時可以做H1B的transfer？
-Yes, but you may need to go out side of US to get an H1 visa to activate your H1 status if your H1 approval has no I-94. This may hurt your I-485. So, using EAD to work is the best choice.
