Qian Jia Pijiang Lao Shi.

I filed EAD application for my daughter on Jan 12. I knew the check was cashed by check my bank. Yesterday I got the card without receiving neither receipt or approval notice. Is this normal? I read other friends here did recieve both. What I should do? Thanks a lot.
