是對I140申請能加快, 還是能對I485申請能加快?
-If your 6-year H1 duration will be ended within 60 days and you file your I-140 during this period, you can use Premium Processing (加快) for your I-140 and thus, USCIS will make a decision on your I-140 (approval, denial or RFE) within 15 days. Then, you can extend your H1 status for another three years beyond the 6th year.
