Does job location change have a negative impact on green card ap

I was relocated from Ohio to CA due to an internal job change after 1 year
of the file of I-485. Will this have a negative impact on my green card
application?
The company lawyer refused to file AC21 for me, which they said is only
applied to employer change. Is that true?
