Should I just fill my home address in US?
-No, you need to file your address in China, such as your parents' address,brother/sister's address, etc.

Also I intend to stay in US as long as untill my I485 is adjudated. So how should I fill the entry of the length of stay in that form.
-You can put two or three years there, and USCIS will not care about that.
