但不久前被告知140和485都被拒了，那麽是不是AP就算失效了？

想轉f1，但我家有申請綠卡的記錄，這樣會不會f1也有可能被拒？
-You can not get F1 visa anymore. But you can get H4 to come back and then change your h4 status to H1 within U.S. if you can find a job.
