question about I-140 portability--Pjiang, please help!

提交 I-485 之後的更換工作，不是必須等到 I-140 已經批準，也不是必須等到 I-485 已經提交 180 天。但是，工作的相同或相似，是必須滿足的條件。

However, I just talked with my lawyer, and he said after the Dec. 27, 2005, there is another AC21 memo which said if my current employer is the petitioner for I-140, it has to be approved otherwise, if I leave the company, the I-140 automatically fail.

Are you aware of the new memo? My lawyer lost his computer file.
