My GC finally got approved after 7 years waiting.

2002 Jan start to ask GC
2002 Jun started to file EAD EB3
2002 Dec finally filed EAD
2002-2005 backlog center
2005 Sep 140 approved
2007 Jan 7th H1B
2007 May filed I-485
2008 December 2nd FP
2009 Jan : card ordered.

Process:

6 times infopass since 2007. 2 times H1 extention, 2 times AP, 2 times EAD. 4 times SR. 4 times letter to Senator or Congressman.

Thanks God and all my friends' support. I hope that everyone can get soon., I know this wording doesn't help people who just like my situation. But, just try all you can do to push your case. Good Luck!
