回複：I485被拒 求助

尤其讓我著急的是I485是去年2月份被拒的。其間我沒有收到過任何書麵或電子的NOTICE。也就是說我在美國非法呆了近一年
-This is very serious and critical problem. You need to find out why you did not receive the denial notice. Was it USCIS fault? So, you need to ask your lawyer to contact USCIS to find out when they sent you the notice, why you did not find it from online status checking, and why you did not receive email notice, etc. Anyway, try to justify it is not your fault, but something beyond your control.
Then try to see whether you can file Motion to Reopen (MTR).

1． 我需要離境嗎？
-Before you solve the problem, you can not go out of US, otherwise, you will not be allowed to enter US at least ten years.
2． 加入到我老公的案子裏的可能性有多大，怎樣做呢？
-You can not do that unless you solve the problem.
3． 有可能讓我的律師去解決那個錯誤的I485的問題嗎 （實際上是她的錯）？
-Contact her as soon as possible.
