Does this mean I have to go thru FBI background checking again?

After my 465 was just approved 3 months ago? Or USCIS just wants to have my updated biometrics? But I just did my Code 1 FP 7 months ago...do I need to call them to get the specific reason? Please don't laugh at my impatience, this GC thing just has been dragged too long. Thanks, pjiang, thank God for placing you here.
