請問關於重新file NIW的問題,希望版主和大家提提建議

請各位高手幫我看看如何refile NIW.主要問題是我要等多久才能重新file,還有最好等多久以後refile.

我的具體情況如下：

我的NIW去年七月filed to TSC。 最近收到通知直接被拒，沒有RFE.現在正在MTR.同時準備再file一份NIW.

Background （At the time of intial filing):

Big ten US Ph.D 2006
Now postdoc at US east coast US medical School.
At the time of filing:
7 papers, 2 1st, 1 2nd and one 4th,(All less than 3 years old)
only 5 citations,
no award, no media reports.
5 reference letters, from journal editor, society chairman.
Sigma XI 和ASBMB member


現在的條件是:
Added 13 more citations,
two new first author paperes published, one more 2nd author accepted
reviewed 6 times for a good scientific journal
More reference letters, stronger support (4 independent, 1 institute director)
