回複：單位遞的NIW和個人遞的有什麽區別嗎?

My company applied 140 (NIW) for me last July and my 485 is also filed shortly afterwards. Now the 140 has been approved, the the 485 is pending more than 180 days.
- NIW is not supposed to be applied by your employer

Since the economy is so bad now, the chances of getting laid off is very high. What is the consequence if 1) I get laid off 2) The company goes belly-up 3) I jump to another company?
