Could I use this grace re-file my NIW? I filed it before on Dec 19, and USCIS received it on DEc.22 ( my J1 expired Dec.31). But it was returned to me on Jan 3rd since I failed to sign my name on I 140 form, I got my recepit No. but when I track it , it shows " file returned to sender due to unsigned form" . In this case, is it legal to use this grace period to file it again? Thanks a lot for clear response of changing status, it is right on time, it preveted me from making a big mistake.thanks
