You need to take NCLEX-RN. Also, you should think about your next non-immigrant status because even if getting license and hired, currently schedule A follows EB3 cutoff dates and you won't be able to file I-485 in the near future. Maybe find a school for BSN or MSN degree and COS to F1 status.
