Waiting for H1B approval disperately!

I am waiting for my H1B transfer approval disperately for the next step.
It was filed on Nov. 24, 2008, updated once on Dec. 30, 2008, and updated again on Jan 05, 2009. Does it mean that it will be approved soon?
