Can I stay at America during the pending period?

I have applicated for the B2 extention and got its receipt. While I found that the "Received Date" is beyond I-94 expiration two days.

Can I stay at America during the pending period?

Will it become a refusial reason?

Is it helpful if I contact with USCis?
