現在又遇上排期,主申請人的GC早已經拿到, 如果主申請人被LAYOFF, 會否影響副申請人的審批?
-Not at all. By the way, 副申請人 does not have 排期 problem in your case(EB類)because 主申請人的GC早已經拿到. So, just be patient.
