急問：現在處理B2延期的隻有CSC和VSC？

我剛查的I-539 instruction,寫著“With some exceptions, Form I-539 is generally filed with the California Service Center or the Vermont Service Center.

哭S。。。去年還是file to NSC，今年就變了。我準備的材料，包括學校開的證明信都是addressed to Nebraska service center。請問這個有關係嗎？我的材料還能用嗎？多謝！！
