2007年7月遞交的I-485申請中14歲以下要打指紋嗎?

我在2007年7月遞交了全家人的I-485申請,最近我和我愛人同時收到了打指紋通知,但我7歲的兒子沒有收到.
在當時的I-485說明中寫著:
1. If you are between th eages of 14 and 79, you must be fingerprinted as part of the USCIS biometric services requirement.
2. If you are between th eages of 14 and 79 years, there is also a $70 biometric srevice fee for USCIS to take your fingerprints.
根據上述兩點,我認為兒子可能沒有打指紋要求,但有一朋友是兩年前或者三年前遞交的,說他們的小女兒打了指紋.因為是自己辦理的,心裏沒有底,特來此一問,請專家及同一情況的朋友告知.謝謝了.
