I Filed 485 in 07/2005 under my hu*****and. 140 approved in 07/2005. I used both EAD and advanced parole. I have been a student all the time. Now I am graduating in a week. What is my satus now? Do I need to apply for H4? My hu*****and renewed his H1 in 2007. Thank you for your advice.
