If my future employer does not support H1B and GC. Is it ok to say no sponsorship when using my EAD?
-Yes. You can use EAD to work for any employer in the same/similar field as that you indicated in your form I-140.

What should I do, or what documents should I to, the new employer if I get hired?
-You need to do nothing, but just show the EAD to your new employer (Human Resources).
