485被拒是假定的情況(AC21 same or similar duty problem, new job degree does not match the PERM degree, REFs)。在用H1B和EAD之間﹐通常認為H1B更保險。因為即使485被拒﹐ 還可用H1B﹐ 但不知在H1B 6年後﹐ 還是不是這種情況﹖
