My question: Can my lawyer withdraw my approved I-140 with out my agreement?

You answer: Yes if it is NIW/EB-1a, on your behalf, w/o your consent, in which case you may sue attorney.

Same for PERM/EB-1b on behalf of employer

Can my lawyer do that or not?
