EB1a 140 RFE, Seeking help

How should I respond to following RFE questions:

1. You have sub-mitted evidence of the petitioner's membership in associations. Sub-mit evidence that the organizations require outstanding achievements of their members. Include evidence of the criteria those organization(s) apply in determining eligibility for membership at the petitioner's level.

2. Sub-mit evidence of the petitioner's review of journal articles. Sub-mit documentary evidence of the criteria used to select the reviewers for the journals which you reviewed articles for.
