Travel oversea during H1-> H4

As I undrstand, I could go oversea by AP without file H1-> H4. The better way is do transfer H1-> H4 after I come back.

However, I already e-file the H1-> H4 transfer which it was recommonded by HR. My question are:

1. If my application will be automatlly cancled while I back to USA
by using AP.
2. Do I have to speed this process with extra fee? which means Get the
approve note, then travel oversea.
