Marriage based GC, how long can I receive interview notice? Balt

I am living in Baltimore, MD area. I filed GC this July. I have not received the interview notice. I wonder anyone have information about how long it will take in my area?

Should I get an appointment with INfopass now or should I keep waiting? (It has been 4 months already).
