急問關於I-140 右上角的 EXP.10/31/08

I downloaded a Form I-140 from USCIS and filled it. I am ready to sent it out, but I found that on the right corner of the first page: EXP. 10/31/2008. What does it mean? Today is 11/14/2008, can i still use it?
