NO problem at all. Go ahead and do it. The more you have, the better chance you will get approved. The officials really don't know much about research. (except science, nature, maybe) when I applied for my GC three years ago (NIW 2005/9), i only had 1 5th author paper published and finished one paper even was not submitted). i got my GC last year.
