Where to file the I-765 (C9)?

I filed my 485 when I was in a state that belongs to NSC, but now I moved to another state that belongs to TSC, and my 485 is still with NSC. I want to apply for an EAD, but from the I-765 I didn't find information about such cases. So where to send my application to? To NSC where the 485 is with or TSC where my current state belongs to?
