老公H1B visa is checked again. Anybody got checked in Beijing?

He was checked two years ago, but unfornatunately he is being checked again after waiting for his visa for over 20 days without knowing what is going on with his application, so sad! he was told to wait for 6-8 weeks again. Under such bad economical situation, I only have to pray for him to keep this job. Anybody got checked in Beijing recently?
