I-485 pending 時換工作

I-485 pending 兩年多了，LC based EB2,實在不想忍了，想換工作。目前在一個private college 裏作faculty, job title professor （non tenure-track),要換到另一個學校，同一個係，教同樣的東西，但job title是 assistant professor (tenure-track).這應該是同一領域吧？job title 不同會不會有問題？
