要是H1做了transfer的話，H4拿原來申請的visa可以入關嗎（H4沒做renew）。
- Only if the visa does not expire

還是要重新申請visa。
- When you're out of states and visa is no longer valid

或者把H4renew再重新申請？
- Only when you're in the states and the I-94 is expiring
